On Differentiating Cooperation between Pan-Pearl River Delta Regions and Coordinative Development Strategy-- Based on Analysis of Regional and Temporal Difference of Agricuhural Productivity between Hunan and Guangdong

The issue of regional coordinative development is a prominent topic in the process of economic development. With the further advancement of our country＇s reform and opening policy, the regional cooperation faces new opportunities of development. Under the framework of the pan-Pearl River Delta, to strengthen agricultural cooperation, we should achieve a new breakthrough. Hnnan province and Guangdong province should play their comparative advantages to implement different policies. So we should explore new idea of rural reconstruction and display the superiority of the regional characteristic agriculture to grasp the development opportunity in the regional cooperation.
