北京地区高职电子商务专业人才培养模式研究

北京地区是全国电子商务示范基地,如何以更好的电子商务培养模式培养出优秀的电子商务人才是首都高校十分关注的问题。通过对北京高职院校专业调查分析,结合北京地区电子商务发展特点,高职电子商务专业人才培养模式应该依托行业明确定位,创新校企合作新模式,深化校企合作深度;突出优势和特色,打造服务北京区域电子商务经济的人才培养模式;加强电子商务课程的系统性设计,注重学生学习能力的培养。

Research on the Talents Training Mode of E-Commerce Major in Higher Vocational Education in Beijing

Beijing is the national e-commerce demonstration base,how to cultivate excellent e-commerce talents in a better e-commerce training mode raises concerns from colleges and universities in Beijing.The analysis on the survey of e-commerce major in higher vocational colleges in Beijing,combining with the characteristics of e-commerce development in Beijing,suggests that talent training model of e-commerce major in higher vocational education be clearly oriented by relying on its industry,innovating the new model and deepening the depth of school-enterprise co-operation;highlighting the advantages and characteristics,serving e-commerce economy in Beijing;improving the systematic design e-commerce curriculum,emphasizing the cultivation of students＇ learning ability.
