摘    要:以建构主义课程观为指导,在充分的行业、企业调研基础上,对老年服务沟通课程的课程目标、课程内容、教学实施、考核评价等方面进行开发研究,并就如何在教学中运用建构主义理论进行教学内容、教学方法的设计以及考核方式的改革进行尝试,激发学生的学习热情和兴趣,发挥学生的主体作用,提高学生的沟通能力和应用能力,培养老年服务与管理高职类专业所需的关键"软技能"。

Abstract:Based on the view of Constructivism curriculum,this paper studies the goal,content,implementation,and evaluation of the Service Communication for the Elderly curriculum. It also probes into the trial reform of teaching practice in teaching content,teaching design and assessment methods,thus stimulating students'enthusiasm and interest in learning,improving their communication ability and application ability,and cultivating their key soft skills required for the elderly service and management major in higher vocational college.
