浅谈项目建设前期工作对工程造价的重要性

项目建设前期工作主要包括项目建议书阶段、可行性研究阶段、项目决策阶段、设计阶段、建设准备阶段,这几个阶段对项目造价的影响非常重要,约为工程造价的85%左右.因此,做好这几个阶段的工作对项目造价的控制至关重要,笔者结合多年工作经验,对前期阶段的工作提出一些建议与看法.
