| Abstract: | Succession in family business refers to the process of the change of corporation s control property from the owner to other persons due to the owner s old age or the corporation s low performance.The successor of family business may come from the family,the corporation,or outside the corporation.The successor of family business in our country is usually the owner s son or daughter. |
