| 摘 要： | 水资源的稳定、安全是社会经济发展的前提。流域生态环境安全是确保水资源的关键。本文就从这一视野来考察“大珠三角”与“红三角”区域社会经济关系,进而提出东江、北江流域统筹发展的一点想法。
