| 摘 要： | 跨国公司已经成为国际产业转移的组织者,关于跨国公司参与产业转移的动因和作用正日益受到关注,但对其参与国际产业转移的演变机制的探讨却很少涉及。研究跨国公司参与国际产业转移的演变机制,将有助于发展中国家更好地吸引和利用产业转移。

| Abstract: | The multinational corporations (MNCs) have already become the organizer of international industrial transfer. It is increasingly concerned on the reasons and function of multinational corporations taking part in the industrial transfer, but the discussions on the evolution mechanism are involved little. Studies on the multinational corporations' evolution mechanism participating in the international industrial transfer would be helpful to the developing countries to attract and make use of the transferred industry. |
