| 摘 要： | 信息技术的迅速发展，使人类的生存空间拓展到了虚拟世界，互联网已经成为人们工作、生活、学习、娱乐等不可或缺的工具。网络在给我们带来极大方便的同时，也带来了许多不同于现实社会的伦理问题，建构网络伦理的制度、法律、管理等社会协同体系是超越网络伦理困境的有效途径。
