| 摘 要： | 新制度经济学提出,在缺乏有效制度的领域或地区,或者一国处在新旧体制转轨时期,制度效率是最高的。同时,在制度创新过程中,经济增长率也较高。我国多年来的改革充分说明,制度可以对经济增长产生巨大的促进或阻碍作用。在转型经济这个大背景下,我国迫切需要在新形式和以前经验基础上,继续坚持制度创新,促进经济的持续增长。

| Abstract: | New System Econonfics holds that system efficiency is quite effective in fields or areas that lack efficient system or when a country is going through old-new-system transformation . And the economic growth rate is higher in the course of system creation. The reform in our country shows thoroughly that system can greatly promote or impede the economic growth. In the setting of economic transformation, it is urgent to keep on creating new system and promote the lasting economic growth on the basis of new situation and former experience. |
