| 摘 要： | 基于工作过程的课程改革实质是课程的内容和结构不再追求学科结构的体系，而是工作过程的系统化。工作过程离不开人与人之间的相互合作，本文就合作学习的概念、相关理论和教师的教学理念转变等方面作了深入的探索并提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | the essence of work-based course reform is not to strive for the completeness of course structure but to formulate an integrated learning process. Working process needs people＇s cooperation. This paper focuses on the concept of cooperative study, relative theories and teachers＇ teaching ideas, thus putting forward some useful suggestions. |
