| 摘 要： | 该文认为，目前国内的案例教学还处于一个起步的阶段，要使案例教学获得成功，实现提高教学效果的目的，当务之急是要转变传统的观念和习惯，编制高质量的案例，加强对案例教学组织者的培训教育，循序渐进地开展案例教学。
