| 摘 要： | 文章在分析了福建林业的自然属性以及当前在政策和管理方面所存在问题的基础上,指出要解决这些问题主要应通过政策的不断完善来实现,即通过改革和完善森林资源转让政策、低产林改造政策、森林采伐政策、木材流通政策、木材税费政策、征占用林地政策和规范公益林的经营等举措,以实现福建林业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In the base on natural attribute and some policy problem which have existed in Fujian forestry were discussed,this paper considers that in order to resolve all these problem and carry out sustainable development of Fujian forestry,some policy,such as forest resource transfer policy and low yield forest reconstruction policy and forest fell policy and timber circulating policy and forestry tax and expense,which are related to these problem must be perfect as soon as possible. |
