| 摘 要： | 论述二滩水电站进口发电机转子的结构性能，组装焊接的工艺和技术特点。借助填隙片，旨在呈4头螺旋线型堆叠磁轭冲片；采用了不同规格的压（拉）紧螺杆；又采用管状电阻加热棒加热磁轭，使之达到应有的膨胀量，加装垫片为预紧量，使磁轭热套于圆盘式结构支架上；并采用了多种组合键调整控制联结等新结构、新工艺、新技术和新标准。
