| 摘 要： | 企业经营绩效是指企业在一定期间的经营效益和经营者业绩。由于受金融危机、材料价格上涨等多种因素影响,公路施工企业经营绩效长期处于低水平状态。从国家宏观环境、政策导向和企业战略决策、运营管理等方面分析影响企业经营绩效的因素,并简要提出自己的解决对策。
