| 摘 要： | 福建省传统道路运输企业在向现代物流发展过程中仍存在诸多不容忽视的问题。通过对存在问题的剖析，认为传统道路货运企业应当结合自身和当地市场的实际情况，转型为现代物流企业，循序渐进地向物流供应链管理迈进。

| Abstract: | In the process of the traditional road transport enterprises turning to the modern logistics, some problems cannot be ignored. By analyzing the problems, this article thinks that traditional road freight companies should transfer to modern logistics enterprises combining their traditional local markets and the actual situation; stride forward the logistics supply chain management step-by-step. |
