构建新型工业化指标体系和评价标准,既要参考发达国家的通用标准,更要从我国的基本国情出发,真实地反映我国新型工业化的内涵与特征,指标体系和评价标准必须具有可比性、科学性和可行性。探讨了我国和地区新型工业化进程的指标体系和评价标准,并以重庆为例对三个不同地区所处的工业化阶段进行了初步判断。

Trial Analysis on New Industrialization Index System and Evaluation Standard

The setting up of new industrialization index system and evaluation standard needs not only refer to the general standard of developed countries, but also base on the concrete conditions of our country to actually reflect the connotation and features of the new industrialization of our country. Index system and evaluation standard must be comparable, scientific and feasible. This paper, taking into consideration of state conditions and market reality, explores the index system and evaluation standard in the process of new industrialization in our country and regions, and makes preliminary judgement on the process of industrialization in Chongqing and the area in three different developing stages, therefore can be referred by concerning sides for decision making.
