| 摘 要： | 我国金融体制改革过程中,金融活动不断加强,金融风险相应加大,金融犯罪也随之衍生.在这一过程中,为维护金融安全,防止危害金融秩序的违法犯罪行为的出现,国家制定了一系列的法律法规.金融刑法体系在金融体制改革中得以建立和不断完善,但其仍存在缺陷,一是其立法前瞻性不足,二是与其他金融法规协调性不够,这需要在今后的立法中得以不断完善.

| Abstract: | During the reformation of our financial system,the financial activities are reinforcing,and the financial risks are increasing,and then the finacial crimes appear.In the course,to sustain the financial safe and prevend the financial crime,the nation enacts a series of laws.Therefor the financial criminal law system is set up.However,it has two serious flaw.It can't forecast the crimes and did not correspond with the financial laws. |
