对商业银行绩效管理的思考

摘    要:当前商业银行绩效管理体系存在着对绩效管理和绩效评价的认知不够、定位不准、绩效管理系统的设计不规范、绩效管理过程中缺乏沟通和承诺等问题.针对问题,本文提出了明确绩效管理的目的、绩效考核随经营管理的需要而变化、把握绩效管理的关键要素、重视评估前沟通和承诺、重视评价工作过程中的信息收集、重视评价结果的应用等思路.

Abstract:In performance management in commercial banks,there exist the issues including inadequate understanding of performance management and evaluation,inaccurate positioning of the management,bad designation of the performance management system,and lack of communication and consensus in performance management.Regarding the issues,the article comes up with the solutions including clarifying the goals of performance management,varying performance evaluation according to the requirements of business operation and management,grasping the key factors of performance management,emphasizing communications and consensus before evaluation,emphasizing information collection during evaluation,and emphasizing application of the results of evaluation.
