| 摘 要： | 有关企业财务管理目标的探讨曾经相当激烈,并形成了利润最大化、股东财富最大化、企业价值最大化和利益相关者价值最大化等不同观点.但这些观点都存在片面性的缺陷,本文以商业银行为視角,试图通过尽可能全面权衡各种观点利弊的基础上形成对商业银行财务管理目标的理性认识.

| Abstract: | The debate about how to govern the financial affairs of the enterprises was very seve.As A result people think enterprises should make the larpest profit to any people in coloed.But I think Will should see this debate through different aspects.So,in any passage,Id like to analyze the way of how to govern the financial affairs of the enterprises practically through different aspects by taking the commecial Bank as an example. |
