| 摘 要： | 目前汇率与外汇收支之间存在升值与增长的一致性以及外汇大额顺差的持续扩张性等关系,这种关系加深了我国国际收支不平衡矛盾.解决的方式是采取调整进出口结构,提高利用外资水平、增强人民币汇率弹性等措施.

| Abstract: | With RMB revaluation,foreign exchange receipts and payments increased and the surplus of BOP expanded in recent years.This situation worsens the unequilibrium of BOP.So measures must be made to resolve this problem,for example,adjusting the trade structure,improving the quality of foreign direct investment and reinforcing the flexibility of RMB exchange rate. |
