| 摘 要： | 上市公司股权结构是公司治理结构的重要组成部分,它对于公司的经营者激励、监督机制等诸方面均有较大影响,进而影响到公司的经营绩效.本文根据现代股权结构理论,对金融保险类上市公司的股权结构同公司经营绩效的关系进行了实证研究,并对实证结果进行了经济学分析.
