掺聚丙烯纤维的二灰碎石性能研究

摘    要:针对沥青路面结构中二灰碎石基层材料引起的反射裂缝问题,提出在二灰碎石中掺加聚丙烯纤维来改善其物理力学性能。通过室内无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗弯拉强度、抗压回弹模量、抗冲刷性能、抗冻性能及干缩系数性能的测试,分析聚丙烯纤维对二灰碎石的性能影响。试验结果表明,聚丙烯纤维的掺入对二灰碎石的强度、稳定性及抗裂性有一定程度的提高,并推荐二灰碎石中聚丙烯纤维的最佳掺量范围为0.10%~0.15%。

Abstract:According to the reflection crack problems of lime-fly ash macadam mixture in asphalt pavement, this paper proposed to add polypropylene fiber to improve the physical and mechanical properties. Through the performance tests of unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength, flexural strength, compressive modulus of resilience, scouring-resistance, frost resisting and disc shrinkage coefficient, this paper analyzes the influence of polypropylene fiber on the performance of the lime-fly ash macadam mixture. Experimental results show that the adding of polypropylene fibers improves the strength, stability and crack resistance of lime-fly ash macadam mixture to a certain degree. The optimum recommend range of polypropylene fiber in the lime-fly ash macadam mixture is 0.10%~0.15%.
