| 摘 要： | 以企业为对象的价值工程,仍遵循以适当的成本获取较好功能的基本原理.但相对于产品、工程或某一项具体的工作来说,企业系统复杂得多,其分析的自由度或不确定性更大.本文在对若干个企业进行实际诊断和研究的基础上,提出以企业成本财务作为基础、以战略化评价作为企业功能评价的基本方法的、以企业为对象的价值工程的方法思路,并提议将企业的组织改进和战略信息平台的构建作为两个主要的突破点.

| Abstract: | Value Engineering (V.E.) of enterprises follows the basic principle of obtaining optimum function with moderate cost. The enterprise system is relatively much more complex than its products, and its analysis is even more uncertain and liberal. After study and consultion of several enterprises, this paper puts forward the thesis that the analysis of enterprises should be based on cost finance, and the function evaluation carried out strategically when Value Engineering considers the enterprise as a whole. In addition, it proposes two main breakthrough-points for enterprises for the improvement of organization structures and the construction of strategic information systems. |
