The Protection of Lithuanian Consumers against Unfair Contract Terms

Lithuania joined the European Union in 2004. This paper presents the outcome of a research project on the protection provided to Lithuanian consumers by the legislation adopted to transpose the provisions of Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair contract terms into national law. This research was supported by the Eurofaculty of Vilnius University in May/June 2005.
