| 摘 要： | 外观设计作为人类智慧的结晶是工业产权中的一个重要组成部分，它附着于产品之上，通过对产品进行独特美观的设计来吸引消费者的注意力，促进产品的销售，从而达到促进产业发展的目的。正是由于外观设计在经济发展中的重要作用，各国都相当重视外观设计专利教学。本文为此具体探讨了外观设计专利在高等职业技术教育当中的工业设计教学中的应用措施。

| Abstract: | Outer design, a crystal of human wisdom, is an important component of industrial property fight. Unique outer design can easily draw consumer＇s attention and promote the sale of the product, thus boosting the industry＇s development. It is the important role outer design plays in economic development that makes every country attach great importance to outer design paten.This paper aims at some measures of applying outer design patent to industrial design teaching in higher vocational colleges. |
