| 摘 要： | 医疗事故,涉及较强的专业性和技术性。由于受医疗事故界定、医疗事故鉴定和法律适用若干问题影响,司法机关有时难以正确立案和审理。因此有必要加强对医疗事故的界定,医疗事故鉴定和医疗事故处理法律适用等相关问题的研究。

| Abstract: | Due to the special and technical nature of medical malpractice, the identification and handling ot it by judicial organs has long been affected by the difficulty of demarcation, appraisal and legal application so that frequently it is hard for judicial organs to correctly place a case on file and try it. As a result, it is necessary to strengthen the research in the demarcation. appraisal and legal application concerning medical malpractice. |
