| 摘 要： | 一个健康的证券市场需要理性投资行为占主流,而理性投资行为则离不开有明朗发展潜力和良好的经营业绩的上市公司。尤其是随着核准制、退市制开始实施,证券市场的市场化程度不断提高,投资者投资理念将逐步由概念性炒作向价值投资回归,上市公司的绩效将日益成为投资者关注的焦点。面对纷繁的上市公司,如何做出理性判断,分析方法就显得尤为重要。针对我国上市公司的特点,本文提出了评判上市公司绩效的财务分析与非财务分析方法,希望对投资者有所裨益。
