| Abstract: | The on-line non-bank financial institution is a kind of new company which produces along with the E-commerce development, its most major characteristic involves the partial bank's function, it also has the possibility to develop into the on-line hypothesized bank. This article emphatically studied this kind of company's behavior and the future development tendency. |
