山西旅游人才队伍建设“二三三三”模式的构建

摘    要:随着山西旅游业的发展,挖掘文化、优质管理、品位服务将成为旅游发展的新趋势。所以,注重旅游人才的培养和使用,探索旅游人才队伍的建设模式,对山西旅游业发展具有重要的现实意义,也是山西旅游产业发展的方向。本文主要立足山西区域旅游特点,结合旅游人才队伍建设的关键因素,构建了以"两个适应、三个基于、三个主体、三个联动"的"二三三三"人才队伍建设模式,对山西旅游人才队伍建设的特色和关键进行了研究与探讨。

Abstract:With the development of tourism in Shanxi,mining culture,better management and quality services will become a new trend of tourism development.Therefore,the focus of cultivation and the use of tourism talents,exploring the building mode of tourism talents have the important practical significance on the development of Shanxi tourism industry as well as its direction.Based on tourism characteristics of Shanxi,combined with key factors of constructing the tourism talent team,this paper mainly puts forward a "two thri-three" mode construction of talent team,discussing the characteristics and key factors of the construction of Shanxi tourism talent team.Namely,"two adaptations,three bases,three mains and three linkages".
