| 摘 要： | 高等院校要从战略高度重视和加强实验室技术队伍的建设。一要明确实验室技术队伍的价值定位,二要提高实验室技术队伍的素质要求,三要加强实验室技术队伍的教育培训,四要创新实验室技术队伍的管理体制,五要完善实验室技术队伍的激励机制。

| Abstract: | It is very strategically important to pay attention and strengthen the construction of university laboratory technical team.We should do as follows:firstly,to position the clear value of laboratory technical team;and secondly,to improve laboratory quality requirements of the technical team;thirdly,to strengthen the education and training of laboratory technical team;fourthly,to innovate laboratory and technical team management system,lastly,to improve the laboratory techniques team incentives. |
