The Worries Facing China’s Billion Yuan Enterprises
Abstract:"An enterprise may look stable,but danger exists for everybody as we enter the age of the mobile internet.If you lose grasp of this trend you may find that all those things you worked hard for flying away like ash in the wind," slated during a three hour speech by Pony Ma(Ma Huateng),these few sentences summarize the fears of many leading enterprises.In the past Chinese enterprises’ number one task has been growing the scale of their business, but in today’s environment even those billion yuan enterprises are beginning to feel insecure.Recently,China Entrepreneur’s Research Department analysis of China’s billion yuan enterprises reveal that these enterprises are currently working to overhaul their organizational structure to better keep up with the changing times.
