| 摘 要： | 覆膜是对以纸张等材料为载体的印刷品进行表面整饰的重要手段,覆膜质量的提高对于覆膜机的稳定性和温控精度提出了越来越高的要求。本文讲述了覆膜机的发展、工作原理以及预涂膜覆膜机热辊筒的几种加热方式;着重介绍了一种新型热辊筒的结构、温度控制系统设计方案以及控制系统的软件设计,包括主程序和中断程序的设计,对改进覆膜机的温控系统具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Laminating is an important measure to the surface finishing of the presswork.The improving quality of laminating has farther demand on the stability and temperature control precision of film laminating machine.In this paper, the development of film laminating machine,working principle and the heating up form of heating roller in precoating film laminating machine were discussed.The structure of a new type heating roller and the design scheme of temperature control system and software were introduced in emphasize,including the design of the main program and interruption program.It will have very important significance for improving the temperature control system of film laminating machine. |
