| 摘 要： | 通过对邓小平教育理论和江泽民讲话的学习理解,认为实施科教兴国战略关键是"思想认识到位"、"经费投入到位"、"教育改革到位"。并对为什么这三个"到位"是关键,以及如何贯彻落实科教兴国战略进行了深刻的阐述。
