摘    要:介绍了三峡二期工程过水建筑物钢衬结构设计中对材料选择的思考,分析了传统型结构钢用于水利工程重要部位即高流速区钢衬砌磨损与腐蚀的部分原因,肯定了高流速区过流面保护的重要性,提出了减轻磨蚀应采取的必要应对措施,结合不锈钢材料自身的物理及机械特性进行了定性分析和研究,同时对结构和材料的基本要求作了必要的论述和界定,本着即满足建筑物安全长效运行又可一定程度节约工程投资的原则,对不锈钢复合层厚度和基材以及界面复合要求进行了优化选择和规定,使材料发挥出最大的效应,三峡枢纽工程泄水建筑高流速区不锈钢复合板的大规模使用,也为其它水利工程选择耐磨抗腐材料提供了一些思路或借鉴,供设计选材时参考。

Abstract:In this paper the choice of steel linings for water-carrying structures, analysis of part causes for abrasion and corrosion of traditional steel linings used for important locations in high velocity area, importance of protection of overflow sections in high velocity area, essential measures for elimination of abrasion and corrosion, and analysis and research of physical and mechanical properties of stainless steel are presented. The basic requirements for structures and materials are defined. Based on the principle of ensuring safe operation of structures and saving cost as much as possible, optimization and specification of compound layer thickness, primary materials, boundary compound requirements are carried out so that the maximum efficiency of the materials can be brought. A wide ranging application of stainless compound steel plates to water-carrying structures in the high velocity area at the Three Gorges project will provide some thoughts and references to other water resource and hydro projects.
