我国蔬菜产业及其主要出口蔬菜品目的国际竞争力分析

本文综合运用国际市场占有率及显示性比较优势指数等指标对我国蔬菜产业及主要出口蔬菜品目的国际竞争力进行了分析。研究表明,我国出口蔬菜的大部分品目种类不具备竞争优势,在我国具有竞争优势的蔬菜品目中,鲜或冷藏的蔬菜并不多,深加工的蔬菜则更少,一些仅经过简单加工处理的干的或暂时保藏的初级加工蔬菜则表现出了较强的竞争优势。

International Competitiveness of Vegetable and Its Dominant Varieties in China

This paper analyzes vegetable competitiveness in terms of international market share and RCA. It is found that there are no competitive advantages for the majority of export vegetables in China, such as fresh or chilled vegetables, further processed vegetables. But some provisionally preserved and primary processed vegetables have competitive advantages.
