摘    要:员工作为新企业的重要能动主体,其工作激情对新企业创业任务的执行质量至关重要,尽管创业者创业激情传染是员工工作激情的重要来源,但此问题尚未引起充分的关注,创业者创业激情向员工的传染是一个值得深入探讨和研究的问题。首先,文章对创业激情传染和情绪传染的经典文献进行了系统回顾,将文献当中所涉及到的关键情绪传染过程的概念进行系统搜集、甄别与梳理,并将这些相对离散和重复的情绪传染过程进行拓展和归类,为深入开展创业激情传染研究提供了理论基础。其次,文章构建了创业激情传染的过程模型,将创业激情传染细划成输出、传导、输入和转化四个子过程,揭示了创业者和员工之间情绪的流动和变化规律。第三,文章以创业激情传染四个子过程为基础,将四个子过程的核心要素分别细化为情绪表达、情绪感知、情绪模仿和情绪内化,进一步分别构建了创业激情传染四个子过程的理论模型,揭示了各子过程的关键影响因素及影响机制。文章从创业者创业激情传染这一新颖的理论视角拓展创业激情研究,较好地呈现了情绪传染文献的研究脉络,构建了创业激情传染过程及其四个子过程的理论模型,具有明确的理论突破性。

Abstract:As the most common phenomenon observed in the process of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial passion has become one of the key variables to drive entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial behaviors. At the same time, employee, as an important active subject in new venture, also plays an important role in the survival, development and competitive advantage establishment for new venture. Further, employee's work passion is the key factor to improve the quality of entrepreneurial task execution. Because of the imperfect incentive mechanism of new ventures, the passion contagion of entrepreneurs has become an important source of employees' work passion. Although entrepreneur's entrepreneurial passion contagion has an important impact on employee's work passion, this issue has not yet attracted sufficient attention. The entrepreneurial passion contagion from entrepreneur to employee is a problem worthy of in-depth discussion and exploration. Firstly, we review the classical literature on entrepreneurial passion contagion and emotion contagion systematically in this study. We mainly focus on the process of emotion contagion, the mechanism of emotion contagion, the influencing factors of emotion contagion and the outcome variables of emotion contagion. Since there are many terms of emotion contagion process, and their concepts have some difference and similarities, we integrate and catalog these concepts. Through the system literature review, we show a better research skeleton about emotion contagion, which provides a theoretical basis for further research on entrepreneurial passion contagion, and has great significance for further research on the process and mechanism of emotion contagion from entrepreneur to employee. Secondly, this paper constructs the process model of entrepreneurial passion contagion. Entrepreneurial passion or emotion contagion is not a general contagion process, but a complex and multi-dimension process. According to the flow and change of emotion from the output to the input, we divide entrepreneurial passion contagion into four sub-processes:output, transfer, input and transform, which reveals the rules of emotion flow and change between entrepreneur and employee. Then we build the process model about entrepreneurial passion contagion, which is the premise and basis for the scale development of entrepreneurial passion contagion process and further in-depth empirical research. Thirdly, based on the four sub-processes of entrepreneurial passion contagion, we refine the key elements of the four sub-processes into emotion display, emotion perception, emotion mimicry, and emotion internalization. Further, we construct the theoretical models of the four sub-processes about entrepreneurial passion contagion, and reveal the key influencing factors and influencing mechanisms of each sub-process. The four sub-process models can effectively decompose the problem of entrepreneurial passion contagion and unveil the influencing factors and mechanism of each sub-process. It has important theoretical value for further decomposing and refining the problem of entrepreneurial passion contagion and deepening the empirical research of entrepreneurial passion contagion. Anyhow, we expand the research on entrepreneurial passion from the new theoretical perspective of entrepreneur's entrepreneurial passion contagion, and present a better research scheme for it, which provide a theoretical basis for further research on entrepreneurial passion contagion. Further, we construct the theoretical model of entrepreneurial passion contagion process and its four sub-processes, which has a clear theoretical breakthrough.
