| 摘 要： | 近年来,北京高技术服务业取得快速发展,在区域自主创新能力提升、产业结构优化等方面的带动效应已开始逐步显现。文章通过与上海、南京、广东等国内高技术服务业发展的重点省市以及国际地区进行对比分析,全面评估北京高技术服务业发展的水平和优劣势,明晰制约北京高技术服务业竞争力提升的突出问题并提出相应的对策措施。
