| 摘 要： | 通过收入满足度问卷调查数据分析,得到一个基本结论:在农村四种土地使用方式中,承包地转租收入满足度最高,承包地抛荒收入满足度最低。由此结论得到我国将来农村土地制度改革和农业现代化发展的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of Income-Satisfaction, the essay came to a conclusion. Among the people who use the four kinds of measurement of land-use in rural areas, those whose contracted ield is used by means of sublease has the highest degree of income satisfaction while those who broke the ground have the lowest degree of income satisfaction. The conclusion tells us a clue that the rural land system reformed and the modernization of Agriculture will be developed. |
