| 摘 要： | 传统的供应链各节点企业———供应商、制造商、零售商等以自身的利益最大化为目标,相互之间隐瞒产品真实信息,导致信息严重不对称,供应链不能有效地运作。通过互联网建立供需网络,各实体都能在中心源(主导企业)实现信息共享,从而提高市场竞争力,最终实现“共赢”。

| Abstract: | The aim of the critical enterprises in the traditional supply chain, such as supplier, manufacturer, retailer is maximize themselves' benefit, they conceal the real information of products with each other, and the seriously uneven information made the supply chain cannot perform effectively. Though the network of supply and demand built by Internet, all entities can share information on the center (critical enterprise ) to rise the competition on the market, and realize the aim of gain benefit together. |
