论粮食国际贸易对农民利益的侵害

改革开放以来,我国粮食国际贸易对农民利益的侵害不断加重,到2002年、2003年达到顶峰。这是长期忽视该领域研究的必然结果,导致农民利益长期受损于粮食国际贸易而不知。本文分析粮食进口与农民利益损失的关系,不仅能够判断粮食国际贸易对农民利益侵害,而且能够防范农民利益进一步遭受损失。为此,提出了国际粮食贸易对农民利益的侵害和支持的认定方式。

The harm to farmers' benefits though internationl trade of the grain price has increasly aggravate after China's reform and opening up.It has reached it's peek when the year 2002 and the year 2003.It's an inevitable result that we haven't focus on researching this field.It really did harm to the benefits of the farmers though internationl trade for a long time.This paper analysis the relationship between the grain import and the loss of the farmers benefits..That is to say,it is not only to judgethe loss of the farmers benefits,but also to guard against the farmers' benefits further to suffer the loss.It propose the harm to farmers' benefits though internationl trade of the grain and some ways to support.
