| 摘 要： | 我国的出口贸易伙伴主要集中在欧美地区,近年来,它们的技术性贸易壁垒已经成为了制约我国商品出口欧美市场的主要障碍之一。能否从根本上克服欧美的技术性贸易壁垒,直接关系到我国出口贸易的发展以及产业结构的调整,因此应加强对欧美技术性贸易壁垒的研究。本文对欧美技术性贸易壁垒体系进行了对比分析,并从政府、行业协会以及企业等各个层面提出了具体对策。

| Abstract: | China's export trade concentrates on EU and United States. Whether we can break through the barriers has to do with China's export and the adjustment of industrial structures. So we should study the technical barriers of EU and United States. Recent years their technical barriers have become one of the main barriers restricting China's foreign trade. The paper, based on an analysis of technical barriers of EU and United States, discusses the possible countermeasures against the technical barriers. |
