| 摘 要： | 中小企业的成长动力依据企业、市场与政府三个边界可以区分为内生动力、市场外力与政策外力。在中小企业成长动力结构模型的基础上对各动力因素进行动力合成,得出中小企业成长的三种动力机制,即内生性成长动力机制、市场驱动型成长机制和政府导向型成长机制。依循中小企业的不同发展阶段,这三种成长动力机制问呈现出规律性的演化机理。

| Abstract: | Growth force of small and medium -sized enterprises is numerous. Considering the three boundaries of enterprises, market and government, the structure of growth force of small and medium - sized enterprises can be expressed in three categories, which are endogenous force, external marketing force and external policy force. Based on the structure model of growth force of small and medium - sized enterprises, all the force factors are composed, and the three growth force mechanisms are thus inferred from them. They are respectively endogenous growth force mechanism, market- driven growth mechanism and government -oriented growth mechanism. All the three growth force mechanisms are evolving in a regular pattern following different development stages of small and medium - sized enterprises. |
