基于心理契约的房地产购销进化博弈行为分析

由于房地产市场存在着信息不对称,使得其购销行为从一开始就存在着相互对未来的心理预期。从心理契约角度引入进化博弈理论,建立购销行为的复制动态方程,并对购销进化博弈动态相图稳定性进行了分析得出:建立在心理契约基础上的房地产购销进化博弈均衡,受到双方的支付收益、信息对称程度等因素的影响。

To Analye on the Evolutionary Game Behavior Based on the Psychological Contract in the Real Estate Marketing

There are mutual expectations to the future psychology in the real estate market for the purchase and sale of behavior form the very beginning because of the existence of information asymmetry.The article introduces Evolutionary Game Theory form the perspective of psychological contract, setting up a copy dynamic equations of acts on the purchase and sale and making an analysis on stability of Evolutionary Game dynamic phase diagram, obtains the conclusion that the balance of Evolutionary Game Theory based on the psylogical contract for the purchase and sale in the real estate market is affected by the factors of payment of income and the degree of asymmetric information for both sides.
