| Abstract: | Postal training is an important part in the professional education work in recent ten years and has made great achievements. In the present day of the socialist market economy, its significance has been shown gratly. The management of a modern enterprises depends on the supervision of personnel to a great extent. The investment in the capital of man power will decide the success or failure of the management of an enterprise and its benefits, so postal education is an efficent way of strengthening the capital of man power. |
