摘    要:中国加入WTO后,国企在人力资源开发与管理方面将面临严峻考验。如何积极应对入世后挑战,快速构筑企业人力资源竞争力,本提出应把人力资源竞争力看作是企业发展的核心能力,以此来推动企业快速持续发展。

Abstract:National enterprises are confronted with severity challenge in human resource exploitation and management after the china's entering WTO .How to treat with the challenge actively and build the competitive ability of human resource. In this paper, we bring up that the competitive ability of human resource should be regard as the core ability of an enterprises' development, which push enterprises develop quickly and continuously.
