| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代兴起的社会资本理论,为完善社会管理、维护社会安定团结提供了一个新的研究视角.社会资本与完善社会管理存在着结构性制约和依赖关系,当前我国社会资本发育的不成熟,严重制约了我国社会管理体制的完善,因此,必须加强社会主义法治建设,培育壮大第三部门,提升社会资本的存量并最终完善我国社会管理.
