| 摘 要： | 总法律顾问在依法治企中发挥着权威法律管理、避免法律风险、减少企业决策失误。加强对重大合同的最后审查管理、保障合同的有效履行，加强对纠纷管理、维护企业合法权益的作用；充分发挥总法律顾问法律管理的关键是企业行政一把手要高度重视，建立和完善总法律顾问管理组织体系，总法律顾问的责任与权利要相匹配。

| Abstract: | General law consultant play an important role in managing enterprises according to laws, such as authorized legal manage ment, avoiding legal risks, decreasing enterprises' policy mistakes, enhancing audit work of important contracts, guaranteeing the valid performance of contracts, strengthening the management of disputes, prote of making full use of the general law consultant management are ctirig enter prise's legal rights etc.The key points the high emphasis of enterprises chiefs, the establishment of general law consultant management system, the matching of responsibilities and rights of general law consultant. |
