| 摘 要： | 介绍了坝村的林业及其林权秩序的调控,给出了习惯林权的含义;阐述了荒山习惯林权、行道树林权与防护林权、果林权等习惯林权的主要内容;论证了习惯林权的法律激励与法律确认,认为习惯林权缺乏国家承认,需要通过国家的登记与确权之后才具有合法性,进而形成一种习惯林权的双重制度化。
