| 摘 要： | "以人为本",是科学发展观的核心和实质,高等教育具有培养人的特定功能,作为高等教育重要组成部分的高职教育,培养高等应用型技术人才,更应坚持"以人为本"、"以学生为本"的培养模式。文章以树立"以人为本"教育观、优化教学内容、改革教育方法和营造良好的校园文化等方面,进一步探讨了高职教育"以人为本"的教育模式。

| Abstract: | Centering on human is the core and substance of the view of scientific development. Higher education has the specific function of cultivating people. As an important part of higher education, the higher vocational education is aimed at cultivating the professionals with practical skills, which should strictly follow the cultivation pattern of "centering on human", "centering on students". This article mainly illustrates how to establish the idea of "centering on human" in education, and what role it can play in optimizing the teaching content, revolutionizing the teaching methods, and building good campus culture. |
