| 摘 要： | 以环境保护促进经济可持续发展是21世纪的最强音.面对日趋恶化的生态环境,人类已经觉醒,并形成全球环保浪潮.因此,战胜自我,克服人类自身的弱点,构建一套完整的环保产业链,推进税制改革,完善生态税,就成为保护环境的根本举措.

| Abstract: | Confronted with steadily deteriorating ecological environment,human being has awaked and launched a worldwide campaign of environment protection.To realise the sustainable development,human being has to first keep their desires within the rational limits and overcome their own weakness,and form a complete industry link on the base of environmental protection,and promote taxation reform to better ecological taxation,these are the effective measures of environmental protection which is worthy adopting. |
